PRI trunk and auto attendant problem

I inherited the job of taking over our Merlin legend Phone system with merlin mail at work . With no user manuals. but
I have managed ok till now with on line post and docs. Now I need HELP!
The company I work for has just installed a 24 channel PRI line and they canceled all but two of the copper lines.
I have the PRI line up and running it rings to the QCC operator and were able to make outgoing calls just fine.The problem I can't figure out is PRI trunks allthough there in the same "POOL" (892) as the copper lines just ring when the auto attendant is enabled and the copper lines go to the auto attendant just fine. All are set as did trunks, loopstart. Any ideas?

Your PRI trunks route with DNIS rather than just having a line on an AA. Reproram accordingly. Also with a PRI, there are only 23 channels- B channels, the 24th is the D channel and carries special signaling information. Not that straightforward.
