PRI to PRI Dial out

Hey out there, I have been working on this for awhile with no luck. Trying to get the romote site to dial out of the home system. Have set up centralized VM and point to point works great but I am having trouble getting it to send all calls out on the 2nd PRI T-1 at home office. Used Cheat sheet by MRoberts (I hope she is doing well) but I must be missing something. I trust you guys can help out.

You must configure remote access package 04 to pri dial out privileges and make sure it is assigned to your pri lines.
In the case of tandem dialing you must use destination codes and routes.
Also if the first pri is set to descending order the second pri in your system must be set to ascending order.
To pass digits to the second pri so they can be sent to the remote pstn pri circuit:
Specify public route such as route 002, select pri, dial out =9
destination codes
91555* route 002 public (goes to private PRI) absorb 5
9155* route 001 public absorb 1
915* route 001 public absorb 1
91* route 001 public absorb 1
9* route 001 public absorb 1
