Can this be done, where another PBX (Etrail) connects to the MICS with a PRI Card (The Norstar T-1 (NT7B74) Digital Trunk Card),then connects to outside world through another PRI Card (The Norstar T-1 (NT7B74) Digital Trunk Card ) which is connected to teir 1 carrier.
