PRI T-1 Card Programming

Greetings,All! I have a CME 12.4 with a WIC T-1 CSU/DSU Card in my router. I would like to program the card to accept digits from a Legacy Telephone system connected by a PRI tandem Trunk. The card is serial0/0 in my router. ANy help would be most appreciated?
