How do you associate incoming 4 digit DID with 3 digit extension on a BCM?

What you need to do is to assign a target line for each extension that needs a DID number.

e.g. target line 125 has public received digits 8000 and this target line is assigned to extension 221 etc. The target line can be either ring only or appear and ring or even appear only. Most people have it as ring only.

Ok, the PRI has lines 211-233 do i assign all the lines to each phone?

or just the PRI-A pool?

I see no where to put in received numbers on the Trunk/line data for the PRI...

This can't be this complicated.

Ok, I think I have this figured out, sent received # length, setup target line, associate it with ext, set incoming digit.

Phone will ring.

(Mentally this seems silly but seems to work).
