PRI set up

We currently have three PRI T1's and are going to change to a different carrier. My question is should these be built "ATT CUSTOM"? In the past when setting up T1's I rembember having a problem if custom was not used. We have a 61C with Succession 3.0. What I had problems with was OPT 11C. Is there a difference with succesion that allows NI1 to work?

If connecting to an ATT switch (ess5 or ess4) have them set their end to custom for SL1, your side would be set as ess4 or ess5.

Or, if connecting to 5e you could also use NI2 at both ends
