Hi we have Alcatel Omni PCX system, and we use Nice loggers. sometimes there are some problems on some channels and exactly we can not discover the errors on channels and this is a big problem for us, It's a financial company and recording is very important for us ... It's not a call center, son there is no any CTI integration etc.
My question is, can i use PRI voice recording of Nice systems, preventing from the MDF and nice extension channel failures.
The architceture that i try is, nice extension baed recording will work, and the backup solution is, PRI recording? Is it possible for a non-call center architecture?
