PRI question

I have a 6.1 system I am installing at a very remote location so setting it up here. I only have 11 channels provisioned but I am trying to test outdialing using a full PRI. I have the outdial set up as decsending. I get a 41-0 alarm. Dial 9 and another digit gets "no free lines".
Will a system set up for partial PRI test ok on a full PRI? Trying to figure out if it won't work this way or if I need to look more into my routing, provisioning, etc. thanks

Alarm 41 is loss of signal. If you have no T1 that's what I would expect.(no lines available)

Yep check with your carrier for proper signal.

I will try another cable as I took this PRI off a working BCM. I thought maybe the 41-0 alarm was there being 23 channels from the carrier but only 11 channels provisioned. Thanks both

along with deprovisioning the b channels make sure you also disable the d channel link for each of the channels not in use.
