I have to do my first PRI next week. I could have sworn that I saw an FAQ on programming a new PRI. I did print out the troubleshooting stuff. Does anyone have the steps required?

That will be in my book I plan to write someday. But as of now, I have no quick guide.

PRI is also tedious and time consuming....

I have a cheat sheet, but YOU MUST keep in mind, it IS NOT all inclusive for all central office circuits. Special considerations for troubleshooting are always a factor, hense merlinman's post...(PRI is also tedious and time consuming....). I got this from a support member from you know where, a long time ago, and have used it ever since.

Is there any way to send this to you without the risk of giving unqualified persons access to info that can screw up a system. I know we are not allowed to post email addresses. I do not want to ruin a great thing with this site by breaking the rules, but we are here to help one another.

Any ideas?

you can also try to reach and email me through bluemarblecom.com. That is a friends web site. He has me a magixsupport email address.
