May 3, 2005 #4 merlinman Programmer Mar 17, 2003 4,281 US Yes, you can have ZERO as the First Digit, but you will want to "MASSAGE" it with your incoming dial plan routing. Also, be careful, XO has a problem with the LEADING ZERO, but I do know they have a work around. Upvote 0 Downvote
