PRI problems

Good Morning to all I have had this problem for awhile that the pri would lose connection at least once a day I have replaced duel PRI module and analog trunk card. Contacted carrier for testing NTF So i am turning to the pro's
this is the alarm status from the ip office 7.0.36

Alarms for Line: 1 Slot: 1 Port: 1

8/24/2017 3:35:00 PM 1 Loss of Signal

8/24/2017 3:35:06 PM 1 Trunk out of Service

If the problem is with the carrier should't i have the red alarm before loss of singal

problem is with carrier but of course they will blame it on you

Blue alarm just means communications were disrupted between Terminal equipment (PBX) and far end. as joe2938 said it is more than likely a carrier issue.
