I have customer on MICS 7.0 that has PRI from Nuvox and they are experiencing some strange problems. We have replaced the ASM but ports 1, 3, and 4 all return to dial tone when trying to dial out, then get reorder from Nuvox. Is it possible that I got faulty ASM? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
