PRI problems... how to decipher error log

My local PRI has had quality issues since yesterday, but then the audio went fuzzy (non-usable). D channel would still seem to function. Disabling, resetting, and testing board controller and internal loop back were all fine, as far as I can tell. This is all on slot6. I took a look at the error log, and I've got a bunch of stuff, but I don't know what most of it means, including:
TEST RESULT REGISTER BAD 07/00 - - 03/14 14:39:02 7808

anybody have a list of error codes and what they mean?

I'm waiting for a callback from my provider...
any help appreciated!

The Action for Error 7808 is:

Reset the board.If problem persists,troubleshoot the module.

Any suggestions how to troubleshoot the module? Carrier tested loop clean. The D channel comes up and passes info, but there is no audio path on calls in or out.

Do you have another PRI card that you can swap with?or can you get your hands on one ?

I would start with swaping out the card first, if possible.

Don't have a spare, and everything is running on our 2nd t1, so I can't swap that. I'm going to buy a spare, but won't have that for a few days.

It came back all of a sudden... but i'm nervous that it's going to die again.

Its always a good idea to have a spare for testing purposes.

If it came back, chances are it was a telco issue.

I think you will be fine but try to get a spare if you can.

Are there maintenance manuals that could be purchased? I have all the programming manuals, but nothing more in-depth...
