I'm trying to set up a new PRI for a cust & am having problems. I am not able to call any local or LD calls but can call toll free & x11 calls. Also regardless of which channel I go out on the vendor sees it going out on channel 23 if it's idle. That part I don't care about as long as the call goes through. Here's how I am set up. Thanks,
Eileen

I forgot to mention that I get a recording from the network saying "We're sorry-Your call can not be completed at this time please try your call again later" I can see the a channel on the PRI is seized & as soon as the recording finishes the call is dropped

Try printing your ARS table and see if the local/ld tables are deleting/adding digits. Your PRI table looks fine, unless they aren't a 5ESS switch.

Here's the ARS- nothing out of the ordinary

The system is set so each phone has a 70 pool button so even bypassing ARS is not working

UPDATE!! The vendor just arrived & is getting the recording also!!!SO I'll just leave it to them to fix it- I knew I programmed it correctly!!
Thanks for the help

Make sure the service is ATT Custom. Magix/leg require this.

Yea, sounds like the telco routing is incorrect. Isn't it so much fun to blame the telco company :)

YES!!! It is a great feeling. They usually blame us for everything. Telepacific is usually pretty good to work with.
