PRI Problem

I have a MICS with a new PRI, when I make an outbound call it takes along time for the call to process, when I dial the number and end eith a # the call goes out like it should. Any ideas?
 
What is the Dial Time Out set for

Not sure, Im not familiar with that setting. Is that a individual setting or global?
 
global setting. on a BCm it can be found under dial plan. not sure where on a MICS
 
Under system programing dial plan you need to set the default digits to the amount of digits you are dialing.
Also to make the call go thru right after you dial the number press the # key this will send the digits.
