I am having a problem setting up the Merlin Magix system to make calls out over a PRI line. I now have a functioning PRI line and can successfully place and route inbound calls using Routing by Dial Plan, but I cannot call out.
I have assigned 22 of the Lines to a pool (890). After I assign the lines, the red led light next to the line button for each line comes on. When I try to call out (by dialing 890 and the number) I get a fast busy, and the telco does not see anything coming towards them.
I left the Network Selection table and the System Access table alone. I put one entry in the Call-by-Call service table with call type of Both and Service of DMS-100Local.
Any ideas?
