PRI problem on BCM 400

I have 2 PRI on a BCM 400. I have set the destination code as 9 and the calls now route out the PRI. How do I get a second dialtone after the customer presses the 9 like a normal analog trunk?

Unfortunately, it can't be done on the BCM platform - only on the Norstar.
