PRI one phone call rejected 1

Hello all,

Testing a new PRI circuit from a local provider, have a 9.1.12 system.

I can call out on all phones except for one, he gets a call rejected message on his phone.

I tried going through the ARS & did a short code to bypass the ARS, same results.

Attached the Monitor trace for his phone trying to call out.

What type of phone?

Possibly has withhold CLI set, some providers don't like that or only support it if you ask for it (Features | Call Settings | Withhold Number on the phone).

Otherwise, if it has any user shortcode that alters the CLI sent (a short code with S or W in the telephone number field) that can cause the same.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
