I am looking at adding a pri t1 to my magix system for in and out and use did numbers for users and main line. What is the best build out as far as programing this in the magix and what to tell the provider to set the t-1 up as?
Will be useing a group for the main number to make roll over to attn. Any input would be a big help.

Depending on your Dial Plan you want numbers that match your stations. So don't take any junk numbers that make extra work or headaches! Also plan ahead, get extra numbers. Customers are always changing things even when they say their not going to add, a few months or a year they call you to do just that. Make the service provider meet the needs of the customer.

Your ISDN PRI protocol is AT&T CUSTOM! The only on that works reliably.

Read other threads on the forum for some background and if you don't have documentation, go to the Avaya website and download to your heart's content it is all there. There is a System Planning document (Legend) that walks you through the steps and forms that you can print out to keep track of your info, etc.

Hope this helps!
