PRI on 5ESS 1

Has anyone run into a Legend / Magix fed from a 5ESS switch, that had a 2-3 second delay after pressing keys before the call started dialing? If the caller enters # after the number the call goes through immediately. I tried to put # as an extra digit, but no joy. Didn't see anything in hte PRI programming that allowed for it either. Any experience is appreciated.

I am having the same issue but I was not able to find a solutions besides dialing the pound sign after entering the digits. I was also having an issue where calls would not go out every so often and I adjusted the T303 timer to 8 seconds and this issue went away
