PRI no ring back ver 6.0

Having a problem customer running ver 6.0 on thei MICS
has 2 PRI. When the first caller rings in they hear ring back. If more than one caller calls in at a time the second, third, etc. do not hear ring back. I saw a post with MICS 5.0 any one with 6.0 same problem. Any help gretly appreaciated.
