this was a working circuit and now the CO is rejecting international calls (011 + ....), and the d channel trace shows that this is what is being sent by the N* and that is the reason it is not put thru

is it possible to fix this ? or is the CO giving an interesting storyline?

canada calls go thru ... i'm positive that i tested by making a test call to UK at the time of cut, but the customer never called international, this is the first time

thanks for your help !!

check that the long distance provider is geting the right pic code from T-1 PRI provider.Had same problem CO told me it was info from D channel.local provider was Globalcom & LD was AT&T. They put LD through Globalcom & it worked OK. Make sure they are seeing all digits sent.

thanks newguy,
it is the same clec that is providing the circuit and local, long distance, and international calling ...
their trace has the correct/complete dialed number 011 44 9999999

nortel confirmed there is no option to configure the type of numbering plan ... but the far end CO is rejecting the call, because it is an unknown type of call.
had a concall with nortel and LEC and no progress ...

do you have any thoughts suggestions on this
MICS5.0 PRI/ NI2 >>> CO ATT5ESS

they didnt have any problems with MCI - this is with telepacific

does any one have the SRN23 which describes the problem of mics 5.0 with PRI timing issues in international calls ...could you mail it to me
mail2sk@yahoo.com
thanks in advance
