I can receive calls on the PRI but can not dial out. " Call can not be completd as dial."

This the debug isdn q931

0x829C - Invalid number format (incomplete number) ...

Any ideas ?

so what's the digits you are forwarding to the PSTN?
This is also on the q931 debugs.

Here is the full dedug: I'm forwarding all 11

I would say try sending a valid caller ID (10 digits) instead of:
Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '1880'

Also is this happening only on LD calls? If so try absorbing the 1 and only send the 10 digits. If this is an LD circuit that't probably your issue.

I agree with whykap. Most PRI suppliers do not want to see the '1'.

So many problems can come from this area of programming...

Can you dial local 7 digit numbers?
What type of pstn recording do you receive?

Still no outging calls. I should have noted that this gateway is connect to the call manager Via a VPN. I have another gateway and PRI from the same Telco located on the same network with the call manager that works great.

They are configured identically . Is this a networking issue with the VPN ?

No it's not a VPN issue.
The call is getting through but TELCO does not see the digits/info they expect.
Can you answer Jeter's any my questions above? Kind of imprtant in order to help you troubleshoot...

Can not dial 7 digit too. The message comes from the call manager. " Your call can not be competed as dialed"

Have you changed the calling party number with a valid ANI instead of the DN (1880)?
Perhaps the TELCO does not like that.

If you have a working PRI, get a debug from it. See what format the number is in. Also be sure both gateways are set up the same in CallManager.

Here is what I would do. Call your local PRI provider ask for translations or someone who can monitor the circuit while you make test calls in and out. Verify your setting
in the router, type show isdn status see if your established
with the circuit.

Other than that is will be a Call Manager issues maybe your gateway!!! Not sure unless proper trouble shooting is performed....

IT is working now. The Circuit was not fully built on the Telco side.
