PRI locking up???

Hey guys,

just wondering if anyone has had this problem...

maybe once a day, maybe not even that much, the IPO PRI will "lock up". when this happens, 2 call appearance buttons will light up with no one one them? if you try to push the call appearance button, you get a loud "beep" and the busy indicator goes a way for a few seconds???

also when someone tries to call in, the phone rings with caller-id, but once you pick the call up you get dial tone??

we cant make calls out as well. we have contacted the dial tone provider, and they say nothing is wrong with the service???

set up is...

IPO 406v2 3.2(57)
VMPRO 3.2
VCM4 with 4 remote IP PHONES (4610)

any suggestions!

sorry,

i forgot to say that we can disconnect the PRI from the providers CSU, sort of a reset, and calls start coming back in and out.

Is there only 1 PRI on the system? If more than one, you have to turn the clocking off on the second. Is the internal csu off? Try to get a monitor trace to see what is happening when the system locks up.

there is only 1 PRI.

the internal CSU is not ticked.

we have been running the monitor, but system has not yet locked up again.
