Same system..CS100 R5. Recently had to replace a TMDI and CC card on their Metro T1. Now they say it locks up and they can't get inbound calls every 3-4 days. Verizon is telling them to disable MSG maintenance on the span. Never heard of that before either. No configuration settings have been changed. All we did was swap the card and do a FDL on the new one.
