PRI locking up every few days

Hello Again,

Same system..CS100 R5. Recently had to replace a TMDI and CC card on their Metro T1. Now they say it locks up and they can't get inbound calls every 3-4 days. Verizon is telling them to disable MSG maintenance on the span. Never heard of that before either. No configuration settings have been changed. All we did was swap the card and do a FDL on the new one.

In LD 60, did you ensure that clocking is set:

can you send us the result of the LD 60 > LCNT dch_nr command?

Looks like it was a CC issue. I saw a lot of SLIPR counts on the LCNT. I reset the clock and cleared the counters. So far it's running clean. I will wait and see if that is the solution. The CC was active and tracking. They threw me off base when they told me there was a special setting they had to do in the past with this particular T1.
