PRI line forwarding to ext instead of auto attendent 1

If the correct digits are coming in from vendor, would there be another cause. Thanks Team
 
First I'd question whether the vendor is actually sending the right digits. If they don't match anything you've got in your system, the calls will go to the Operator with a "Cover DID #?" message--or something close to that. I've also had two switches over the years with bad touchtone detectors, which would misroute calls. You don't mention whether there is consistency to the way the calls or directed or not, so this is all I can offer at the moment.

2583 is forwarding to ext 2513 every time but should copy MSG to 2534. When I pull an ext did 2583 does not show up?
 
Is there a table under PRI that has digits to match 2583, delete 4, add 2513?

Otherwise, I believe the Octel has the ability to forward calls to different extensions.
 
Why does a Merlin phone get stuck in speaker mode, can't use the handset even if I change out the phone.

As a general rule, If the problem stays with the PORT, then most likely it's programming.

If you have WINSPM you can print the EXTN INFO and post it, then we can provide some more accurate advice.

Also, I would advise opening a new Thread since this issue is so different than your original post.
