Does anyone know of a way to retrieve entered PRI keycodes on a Norstar????

There is not a way to pull that code out.

Always carry a RAD and laptop and do a backup of systems you have entered keycodes (or just large installs period) unlesss they have a RAD allready of course then do it remotely. Even if the programming is a little out dated it would be cheaper for you to do the backup and reprogram missing items then purchase a new keycode. ~Will Nortel soon be NoTel??~

you should be able to call Nortel Itas and get the keycodes from them with your System ID. That's the reason for calling in to get the kaycodes in the first place.
