If a MICS sits around for a long time out of service and not plugged into power I know that when plugged back into power the internal battery would have run out of power and the MICs defults back to factory settings. What will happend to the PRI Enabler Keycodes, will they still be there?

Do you know if there will be an after market KRS service that Avaya may sell off to or that they will make the information free and open or could it be that like some of the MICS and NAM series the keycode format was made available?

yes and I woudl like to plan for the time when Avaya no longer provides the keycodes for hundres of thounds of installed Nortel systems. I have a feeling they are just going to spring it on us one day soon and then that will be that. In my opinion they should give this produce line about 10 years before they DC it or at least KRS and over the phone suport or just sell off the rights to a thrid party. You know there will still be a maket for Nortel for years to come.
