330781869mS ISDNL1Evt: v=5 peb=5,PHDI ( see below )

F0, F2 and F5 are fault conditions.
F1 is operational.

F0 = Sending no signal
F1 = Operational (sending normal frames)
F2 = Receive Remote Alarm or CRC errors (sending normal frames)
F3 = Loss of Frame alignment, sending frames with Remote Alarm
F4 = Receive Alarm Indication, sending frames with Remote Alarm
F5 = Receive CRC Errors
F6 = Power on

PHAI = PRI in Connected state
PHDI = PRI in Disconnected state

Looking at that still does me no good, I'm looking to see if it is the ipoffice doing the discoonecting, or the service provider, the pri line 5 down is a good imdication it has PHDI = PRI in Disconnected. but from which end is what i'm after, if the traps give no clues to who is responsible why show it, if users already know there is a problem since they reported it.

if you are on site you can look at the smart jack and see if it does. if the dsl1 or dsl2 lights are red then it is a provider. if the alarm light is red then it may be either or. a good way to isolate the problem is to put a 3150 paradyne or another csu that will help tell what the problems are becuase the alarm light will ligt for which evere side is causing the issues.

ACA & ACS IPO Implementation

These messages mean that the PRI has problems, the only thing yo can do is change the PRI card. If that does not help then contact the provider and let them check the PRI on location.
