Hi Guys,
Hope you can help i installed a bcm 400 with pri (18 channels) over fibre all ok for a day then calls dropped they couldn't dial in or out, looked at Alarms only a minor Alarm 323 'Core Telephony' degraded minute short term alarm freshold has been exceeded on DTM.The module is in no new calls state.
Network provider said hardware error could not see pabx put line back in service all came up ok checked 24 hours later and new alarm, minor, 328 Core Telepony 'Line code violation' degraded minute etc.
Any ideas.
