Hello friends,
First time, long time.
I'm having an issue that I hope someone can help me resolve.
I have a 2620 with a NM-HDV card and a PRI card in it. It's sole function is to take calls inbound the PRI and convert them to SIP and forward them on to a SIP proxy. This part works wonderfully, no problems at all.
The issue involves the ANI-II (also called OLI or 'info digits' -- they categorize where a call is coming from (cellular, payphone, prison, etc)) we receive on our toll-free numbers. Based on debugging the PRI interface and the ISDN events, I can see that we are indeed receiving them. I believe Cisco calls this 'CPC' or 'Calling Party Category' The problem is, the corresponding SIP leg of the call is missing this information.
According to all Cisco docs I can find, it should work 'out of the box' with the default settings and append a tag to the Remote-Party-ID header of the SIP call. Based on tcpdumps I can see that it is not doing so.. :-(
remote-party-id is turned on. isdn gtd is turned on as well. Anything specific I can check for? Anyone have a sample config? This is proving to be very frustrating..
Thanks a million in advance!!!
