Provider is Time warner. Does anyone know how entry 0 should be for calling.

Pattern 0 = 011
Operator = none
Type of # = International
Del Digits = 0

Time warner says that we arent sending enough digits. I changed del digits from 3 to 0. Now i get an error that says: "The number you are calling from is not in our database"

Are they not recognizing CID information and that is what is halting the calls?

Ask Time Warner what they are seeing now.

Then, ask them what they want to see to make this work.

After that, we should be able to figure out how to set those tables up.

Time Warner, what part of the phone company were they?

When you set the Del Digits to 0, the Type of # should = National.

On the tables the following occurs:
If, under table 0 for 011 you have del(ete)digits 0 then you are outpulsing the 011 to the carrier for International calls, most require it, some don't.
If you have del digits 3 you are not outpulsing the 011, only the International country code and number. This is usually reserved for dedicated L/D trunking and some CLEC's.
The same applies to the other tables in the group, you either allow the outpulse or strip it depending on the carriers switch type and/or preference. You DO NOT change the TON (Type Of Number) if you strip digits, if you do you will screw up your ARS processing.
It is incumbent upon you to inquire what the carrier needs to see or play with it till the calls progress thru. Assuming the carrier has someone who can answer your ??.

At this point I would just like the carrier to answer their phone...So we might get this info...

But now, we are getting another error code, so I think I have the 0 table correct.

The error we are getting is:"the number you are calling from is not in our database" Does this refer to our caller ID info going out?

As I said, STILL WAITING for Time Warner to answer the phone....

The number that they are probably referring to is your CPN (caller Provided Number) if it is different from your BTN (
Bill To Number). If you are not sending anything, then T/W has a database Issue. Try 1800 info for a national number for T/W.

I am still dealing with this. I am seeing that the default 0 table(19) might be taking all 011 over pool 70. Can I make a table for 011 and force it to go over the PRI? Or would the default 0 table still take precedent??
