Magix R1.5 V6. 2 PRIs. Can't call international. I tried the SpecialServ with a 0 or a 3. I get "call denied" and wave off as soon as I dial 011. Pool acces code for either pool returns a "call denied". Perplexed...

The wave off means it is apart of a disallowed list. Check your lists and who is assigned those lists.
