PRI incoming working outgoing still not

Ok first let me thank all of you for the grat assiatnce ovet the last few days answering my posts.
I never toght programing a PRI would be such a chore.
so I followed the handy PRI FAQ on programing I now have incoming calls.i was able to delete the incoming digits and rout them to the correct extensions.
my PRI is on Slot 8 with lines 829-851 I have assigned all lines to pool 891. and here is where I get stuck. how do I assign the pool to the sets. i want to be able to test before I delete all the old POTS.

Extensions > Line and Trunks > Extension Number > Enter > Entry Mode > 829 > Enter

This will assign a Pool 891 button to the phone.
