I've got a customer who's PRI occasionally spits up Yellow, Blue, Red, Loss of Signal and Trunk out of Service and self clears. The trunk appears to be In Service/Idle but provides "Waiting for Line" until the system is rebooted. I feel as if they are experiencing small power outages since the system stays up on UPS but the carriers equipment is going down and coming back up and causing the issue. Any tips or tools I could use to convince them that it is not an issue with the system would be appreciated.
