Anyone know why I can only receive 4 calls inbound on my PRI. I can make all of the outbound calls that I want to but for some reason if the first 4 channels are busy the call will not hunt to the next channel comming in. Any ideas, the circuit is connected to a 5ess running NI2 protocol.

is your main # forwarded to a DID on the PRI? it could be possible that there are only 4 paths for that.

or else ask ur CO to make all channels i and o

I'll double check but according to the carrier all 23 channels are should hunt up.
