Ok I could really use some help

I can not seem for the life of me to get my extention to access the line pool for my pri, i know there has to be something small i missed. When trying to get a line the phone tells me no lines available. Any information would help.

I have another issue with my PRI, the bcm is deleting the first digit. we have had to set a code to dial 911+ number since its deleting the first digit, any idea on why this his happening?

Did you add the PRI line Access to the phone under (Line Access)

ya it seems that the bcm is deleting the 9 and the 1 , if i set it i can dial 911+number and its dials out but that is not that way this should happen i should be able to dial 91+number and cant. and suggestions?

I am a bit lost. What are you trying to do are you dialling 91 or 911 to access the line pool. If it is you can not dial 911+number.

What is you PRI access code?
