I have configured a PRI with Cisco Call Manager. First problem I am getting is the one sided speech. Cisco can not hear me whereas I can hear them. Second problem is the errors:

I am getting these slip repetition again and again due to which PRI gets OOS after some time. I am aware of some configuration by which I can either disable this PRI disabling due to errors or the counter threshold can be increased for maximum operation time. Please guide.
