(MICS 7.0) I just moved a customer from an old T1 to a Comcast PRI. Entered the new PRI key codes, all went well. I took out the external 9 and line pool 9. When I build the route it won't allow me to just put a 9 in, I must put in 9 & any. then when I try to access a PRI line I must dial 99. I have done this before but I can't remember how to get that second 9 out?
