PRI Fax problems

Has anyone else expeienced problems with PRI and Fax issues? I am installing a IPX office using XO (provider) "flex" PRI (a VOIP/MPLS type PRI) my faxes won't send or receive. DID's work fine, fax answers but won't complete. Sending faxes-connects to far end fax but won't complete transmission. XO says it's my problem not theirs, which well...makes it my problem. Any ideas....anyone?

Hmmm, is this fax over IP? Big problems getting that to work full stop. On any system.

Are you using a PRI-30 card in the IPx Office? Where does the MPLS link start?

Let me know more details and I'll do some digging.

Thanks disturbedone I got it fixed. It turned out to be nothing more than a CSU problem. I installed Adtran CSU and it's working fine.
