PRI fax not using acct.codes

Have a Merlin 7.0 with PRI. Customer has 2 fax machines connected to 2 analog ports(012T/R), Incomming works fine.

Customer had the CLEC change last 2 channels on the PRI set for no account codes. I removed the channels from the main pool(70) and assigned the as 1 line each to each fax extension, with auto lines selection to that line.

When customer calls out they have to use accout codes same as on main pool. I have this working in other Merlin all over the country. WHY is this one not working????????????????
 
Sounds like Clec is not telling full story.

I would ask them to trace what is happening.

But first, I would print the extensions involved to insure they are selecting the proper lines.

I agree, just wanted someone to confirm.

CLEC did a trace on voice call and all calls are using ch 23. I don't have ch. 23 in pool 70.

Customer is using a 10 display set with showing channel number 12,16,3, or whatever channel the use. They never used 22 or 23.

Well, perhaps they have provided more channels than you set up for.

That being said, I would increase my POOL to take advantage of their "BIGGER" Pipe.

Or, perhaps the FAX is set up to grab the wrong channel?
