I am getting a new error to me:
"Alarm Indication Signal (Red due to receiving blue)"

What is that telling me (besides the circuit is red?)
Where do I start troubleshooting?

--TIger

Red alarm means your span is down, the card is not seeing any incoming framing or connectivity from the distant end. Put a loop back plug at your demarc and see if the circuit goes green. If it does go green, then you are good to your dmarc. If it is still red, then you have a problem at your end.. If problem is on your side, then reboot or reset your card... RES-BSSU.
