Has anyone ever received a PRI Enabler on a software cartridge? I am upgrading a MICS and adding PRI and when I opened the box expecting to see a PRI Enabler authorization code I found a NA-MICS Rls. 7.0 software cartridge with sticker on the back that says "Norstar PRI Enabler Key Refurb". I have no idea how this would work??? Any ideas?

A PRI Enabler is loaded on the motherboard of the MICS, not the software card. You should have received a sealed package of documents with the auth code inside. There's no such thing as a "refurb" PRI Enabler. I'd contact the seller. Sounds like either they didn't know what they were selling, or they're pulling a scam.

Seller must have had an MICS with a PRI loaded and thought they could just pull the software card and the PRI would stay with that.
