PRI Enabler Key Code

Help! In desperate need of my PRI Key Code being enabled. Just finding out that my vendor that I purchased the Enabler from does not have access to Norstar Web Site.
Is there a vendor out there which I can call so to get the code enabled. ASAP!

you get what you pay for....go to nortel site and search for channel partner....prob thought you were saving money
