PRI Enabler - Can we still generate??

I have a MICS with a PRI card but the MICS has defaulted and lost its PRI Enabler. It was originally generated through the old IVR so it cannot be recovered through the KRS website. Does anyone have the ability to generate this for me? The MICS' system ID is 42395432

If the system ID didn't change, restoring a backup will reinstall the PRI Enabler. If not, there's a couple of PRI Enablers listed on eBay for around $200.

Thanks and I actually got someone at Avaya KRS to generate the keycode for me right after submitting the post.
