PRI down warning system

Hi

Is there a tool that can be used to send a notification if a E1 line is down. I have a client that runs a 24 hour call center and they have only 1 x E1 connection and would like to get some form of sms or email when the line is down so they can report it sooner. They make use of CCM and IQ on a 3300 MXE.

Somewhere around MCD 4.1 or 4.2 the system added an email form for alarms.

Failing that, you would need a 3rd party system that can react to SNMP traps
