PRI DID Station Programing

Have confirmed that this MICS will support PRI DID. Installed the T1 to the KSU. Telco has 40 DID PRI's coming in over the span.

What are the program instructions for routing each of the seperate incoming DID numbers to each specific station?

I would suggest going on the web and finding the install manual for your software version. You basically are going to setup Target lines and assign them to the phones.

Assign the received digits that come down the PRI to a target line, then assign the target line to the phone. Depending on how many digits you are getting, you may need to adjust your maximum received number length as well.

Yes, thank you. XO is sending DTMF 4 digits down teh PRI. What function code or location will I find Target line programming in.

I have worked in the DID enviromet before just never in the Meridian line.

You really need to call a Tech for this. You obviously have no idea what you are doing and are asking for entirely way too much info. If you still want to do it yourself, find an installer guide and do what everyone else did..... READ.

YUASA - Do you have the install manual? I only suggested getting this because I would have to type a "3 page letter" describing how to program the system.

ONe of the other members was nice enough to help me with this issue without a lecture.

Yuasa, Make sure that your received number is 4. Go into LINES and program your target lines. Put in the received number and I always Prime the target line to the phone that it is on. Go to the sets programming and put the target line as Appear&Ring or Ring only and test it.

I will say that you are quickly offended at the mention of reading a manual which you should do anyway. I really do wish that we could tone down the attitudes.
