I searched thru a number of pages looking for this problem but didn't see one so here goes.
I removed a Flash 4 & replaced with a NAM today (customer needed more mailboxes cheaply). Install went great until I went to test the DID#'s. When the forward happens they are getting the systems main greeting & not thier personal voice mail greeting.
The exts are set to Call Forward no Answer to the Voice Mail DN. If you call from ext to ext. the forwarding works great just like it's programmed. I have the forward ring delay set to 3 rings & have tried to shorten & lenghten it to no avail. I also tried to set the Voice Mail to answer the DID target line but it still answered with the Main Greating.
Any ideas? I'm not returning to the site until Monday & as of right now I'm stumped, this has always worked with my other customers.
