PRI dial tone time out

I have a customer that has pool buttons for pri channel access without dialing 9 on their extension. The complaint reported is that after about 4 seconds of going off-hook, the user looses the dial tone. I told them to look up the number before they got on the phone...lol. Is there a setting to extend this?

I'm curious if the customer is able to complete a call in the absence of dialtone. If so, I believe the carrier would need to revisit their config.

I'm even more curious as to why you are presenting T1 channels as individual line buttons.
 
On point 1, I will check.

On point 2, the customer requested it so to not need a 9 to dial out.
