I am getting 2 PRI with DID/DOD facility.
The DID level starts with 509xxx.
What will be the commands involved in this and a brief explanation on how to do this???
The exchange is BC10.
You will need to programme: ROCAI, RODAI, ROEQI, RODDI, OPCTS and possibly NUTRI.
Here are some working examples of ROCAI and RODAI. ROEQI will define the hardware positions of your TLU76/1. RODDI will be you access code, (if this is going to be a bothway route) and may be the code the user dials or the code the MD dials if LCR is used. OPCTS will alow access to any operator. A NUTRI may be required dependant upon what the provider sends to you. In some cases thsi may be only the last 3 or 4 digits or it could be the full international or national number. Check with the provider.

I think for the incoming (DID)there will not be any setup.
But for the outgoing DOD we need to send the extension number as well
I have an extn. 345 and I am dialing out thru DOD and the number show to the caller will be xxx345.
For this which is the command used . can u pls. give some details???
And of course you must know which type of number you must send to PSTN
Unknown public D3 in ACD=0 and Y=0;
International D3 and Y=1;
National D3 and Y=2;
Network specific D3 and Y=3
Local public D3 and Y=4;
Hi!
Take your example with extension 345 .
You want to put 509 in fron of it .
The RODDI for outgoing line access have a ADC like this .
RODDIEST=0,adc=0025...........
RONDI:ROU=101,EXNOPU=2-509;
Note! the bold corresponding values.
Or
The RODDI for outgoing line access have a ADC like this .
RODDIEST=0,adc=0005...........
RONDI:ROU=101,EXNOPU=0-509;
Note! the bold corresponding values.
The extensions adc is set to send a-number
DTS ADC=00000000010;
ATS ADC=000000001;
Here I will be getting 1000ports as DID/DOD.The series as I told earlier is 5091xx. My extensions starts with 91xx-99xx.
Here I have 3 operator consoles OP2.
I want to give the operator three directory number eg.
9111&&9114. Means the outside caller can dial like 509111&&509112. Of course the operator number is 0.
My doubt is If I am getting a call in 509111, and again somebody tries 509111 we can receive the call to the other operator console or it will show busy???
Or this is possible only with the service provider (Hunting number concept)
Any suggession / coment on this???
But I think the question I raised is a different one. My issue is In the DID/DOD how can we give the customers a number so that the customer will dial only 509111.If the 2nd caller dials 509111 what will be the effect? It will be busy? Any other solution that the operator shall be ale to get 4-5 calls at the same time thru DID with one number(509111).(We have 3 opII).
why do u need to dial the operators indivsuail number? why dont you dial 0 zero? that will put the caller in a waiting que even if all 3 operators are busy.
I am still gathering some info from u all as my PRI will be ready only on 25th.
Can we connect two musics? one for hold and other for background? If yes how is it possible?
Also I have an integrated dect system and this dect will also shoe the incoming number thru the DID?(DT288&DT290)
Thanks.
